Physiotherapy

Apart from infrastructure, it is the physiotherapist who can bring about the best in the child. This is where experience matters. At Parijma, on an average, our physiotherapists have been with us for more than 10 years (upto 28 years) dealing exclusively in pediatric physiotherapy. This is evident in our results over the years.

The physiotherapy department has facilities specific for children as well as adults. Those with physical disabilities like hemiplegia, paralysis, spasticity, nerve and orthopedic injury etc., undergo intensive physiotherapy at the centre, carried out by experienced physiotherapists with a variety of facilities like interferential current therapy, shortwave diathermy, ultrasonic massage, cervical and pelvic traction and wax bath.

The centre has also specialized in pediatric physiotherapy and every effort is made to rehabilitate the child with motor disability like cerebral palsy, delayed development etc., with a variety of tools, some of which are custom made to suit the individual requirements.
