Parijma is the only center which does this and we are rightly proud of this therapy as within the first 6 months of starting this form of therapy, we could mainstream 12 children back into regular schooling.

IMPRESSC is a custom designed therapy by our pediatric neurologists and therapists based on our 30 years of experience in pediatric neurorehabilitation. This is mainly to improve the cognition, social skills and impulsivity of children with neuro-developmental disorders.

We have found that irrespective of the level of improvement that a child with autism or developmental delay attains, 3 areas still remain under-developed, mainly academic skills, social skills and residual impulsivity. IMPRESSC therapy rectifies this with the help of carefully designed and supervised training in the form of individual and competitive & cooperative games and activities. This is similar to group therapy (discussed earlier) but IMPRESSC is done in an open and bigger area with a much vaster array of custom designed and interesting therapy equipment and activities. This makes the children to want to do the activities repeatedly and thus learn better and faster as their interest is also greater & more sustained.
